The Damelin West Rand team of facilitators, assessors, programme managers, support staff and campus management are all carefully selected for their relevant skills and expertise and their synergy with the values of our college; values that recognise and respect the potential and influence of the individual and the collective.

Our facilitators and assessors are professionally qualified and SETA registered and have the necessary industry experience to ensure quality education.

Our programme managers assist and support learners through their studies ensuring they are on track to achieve their goals.
